Monday, 24 May Teston Bridge and Country Park
Unfortunately this event as a painting day was postponed but some members still met at Teston for a hot drink and a catch-up as this was our first 'person to person' meeting for a long time.

Painting Out Days 2020
For our last painting out day this year, on Friday, 25 September, five hardy souls went to Allington Lock and braved the biting cold wind.

We visited Belmont House and Gardens on Friday, 18 September. It was a sunny but breezy day, with clear blue skies. 14 members were there and it was relaxing and sociable.
On Thursday, 4 September, we visited Great Comp Gardens. 14 members attended and whilst the sun did not make an appearance, the wonderful colours of the flowers and shrubs compensated brilliantly.
On Wednesday, 19 August we visited Godinton House, near Ashford. 11 members attended and managed a little painting and drawing before rain intervened and brought the day to an end early in the afternoon.
On Monday, 3 August, we visited 'The Friars' at Aylesford, Kent. A record 24 members attended, including 1 new member. Photos shown below. A really lovely day. Not everyone painted, some took photos and socialised, but we all met up at lunchtime.
On Tuesday, 28 July, we met up at Hole Park Estate, Rolvenden, for our second painting out day. The weather was windy and sunny but there were pockets of sunshine which kept the day at a nice temperature for painting and socialising. 13 members attended.
On Monday, 13 July, we held our first painting out day for this year at Teston (Bridge) Country Park. The weather was sunny and warm and 21+ members took part. Everyone spread out to paint and we all met up at 12.30 for a socially distanced lunch break. It was great to meet up with people we haven't seen for months. Brilliant day!
